Use: As a dietary supplement for adults and children 4 or more years of age. 1 to 7 capsules per day or as directed by a physician. For best results, divide doses over 3 to 7 times per day. Additional minerals may be needed with higher doses of Vitamin C. For acute flu or infection research suggests better results with 3 to 4 capsules, 4 times a day.

Possible side effects may include frequent bowel movements, gas, burningĀ urination and cramping with large doses of Vitamin C. Increased Calcium is needed with larger intakes of Vitamin C. Very large doses of Vitamin C may alter or give false results for glucose creatinine, uric acid and LDH blood tests and glucose urine test. Ingesting above 100,000 to 150,000 IU of Vitamin A per day for many months or a single dose of greater than 300,000 IU may result in the following symptoms: dry rough skin, cracked lips, alopecia, generalized weakness, and severe headaches. There has been no residual damage observed even after massive doses of Vitamin A.
